"Sending my son who happens to be 13 years old to SI Urgent Care on Clove Road was the best way for my son to be treated in a timely manner. If I would have taken him to the ER, I would probably still be there. From beginning to end the care and compassion that my son received made my son's injury not a complete disaster. Being a parent of twins that now play high school football, unfortunately I get to see many injuries. The staff was super nice and made sure that he was comfortable. In the past when one of the twins were injured and we would go to the ER, you could literally bust before you were seen never mind given an ice pack. I am going to tell all the parent's about the great care my son received at SI Physician Practice/SI Urgent Care. By the way the good news was that they won 36-0 despite the rain and the cold weather. Thanks again. You made an uncomfortable situation as painless as possible."

You can't help but feel apprehensive sometimes about going to someone other than your primary doctor...but she made me feel completely at ease. She was very thorough, sympathetic, and pleasant to deal with. I even went back to her (instead of my primary doctor) for the follow-up after initial treatment. What a great team!"

"Dr. J. Patel literally saved my life. I had sudden severe upper back pain and went to the hospital. After testing, I was diagnosed with kidney stones and sent home. Dr. Patel disputed that diagnosis and sent me for another CT Scan. I was immediately rushed to ICU with a dissected Aorta. If not for Dr. Patel, I would not be alive today."
